Today, Stephen Jiang, Allen Cui, Michelle Jiang ， Bridget Zhou ，Emily Cui, and the Youth Global Impact Society (YGIS) team volunteered at the Edmonton Heritage Festival, helping make our community a safer, more welcoming, and more enjoyable place for everyone.
The Heritage Festival celebrates Edmonton’s rich cultural diversity by bringing together people from many backgrounds. As youth leaders, they proudly served the community by assisting with event operations, supporting visitors, and helping create a positive experience for thousands of attendees.
Volunteering is about more than giving your time. It is about taking responsibility, working as a team, and making a meaningful difference. Through their service, these young leaders demonstrated compassion, leadership, and a commitment to building a stronger community.
