KULE (Kumbuka Universal Learning Experiences) is a non-profit organization that brings together volunteers from around the world to make a difference in the rural communities of Kenya and Uganda. KULE is registered both in Kenya and Canada. KULE is registered in Nairobi as KULE Foundation International as a non-profit organization, C128008, and in Canada as KULE Foundation Canada as S-56519 under the British Columbia Societies Act.

I understand that I may appear in photos taken during the event and grant Youth Global Impact Society (hereby known as “YGIS”) to use my likeness in marketing materials, web and digital publications, and on social media. I understand that I might be exposed to sensitive information and will not copy, reproduce, or otherwise share or distribute that information without permission from YGIS. I understand that YGIS reserves the right to terminate the partnership without advanced notices.

I authorize and consent to a background check, Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (PIC-VS), commonly referred to as a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) or enhanced security clearance required by YGIS.

I hereby waive YGIS of any liability and release them from any responsibility.
